Purchase history and receipts

Every purchase you make on Asterune is recorded so you can review it any time. This page explains where to find your purchase history and receipts, how taxes appear, and what to do about an unfamiliar charge.

Viewing your purchase history

You can see a record of your purchases β€” including Runes top-ups and Luminary subscription charges β€” in Settings β†’ Billing. Each entry typically shows:

  • The date of the transaction
  • What was purchased (a Rune package, a Luminary tier, etc.)
  • The amount charged, including any taxes
  • The payment method used
  • The transaction status

Receipts and invoices

A receipt is generated for each purchase and emailed to the address on your account from an @solarius.me address. You can also access receipts for past transactions from Settings β†’ Billing by opening an individual entry. If you need a formal invoice β€” for example, as a business or creator β€” you can request one through Solarius support.

If you're not receiving emailed receipts, check your spam folder, confirm your email address is verified, and review your email preferences.

Taxes

Prices are shown in EUR. Depending on where you live, applicable taxes such as VAT may be added at checkout or already included in the displayed price. Your receipt itemises any tax that was applied so you have a clear record. The exact tax treatment depends on your billing location and local law.

A charge you don't recognise

If you see an Asterune or Solarius charge you don't remember making, work through these steps before disputing it with your bank:

  1. Check your purchase history in Settings β†’ Billing β€” the charge may be a Luminary renewal or a purchase made by someone with access to your account or payment method
  2. Check for family or shared-device purchases β€” see Parental controls if a child may have made the purchase
  3. Secure your account if you think it was accessed without permission β€” see Account recovery
  4. Contact us if it still doesn't add up

For suspected unauthorized or fraudulent charges, see Chargebacks and fraud β€” in most cases we can resolve it with a direct refund faster than a bank dispute, and without affecting your account.

Refunds

If you're looking to return a recent purchase, see our Refunds policy for what's eligible and how to request one.
